2019 FAST 5K COW RUN

 

2019 Fast 5K Cow Run will be held (TBA). This is a charity race to purchase a cow and other basic needs for the needy/orphan children of Kenya and to benefit GOGCP Children’s Ministries. This race is also used as the official time trial for Train with Kenyans Running Camp.

Entry Fee:

CHILDREN UP TO AGE 12 - $10.00 ($15.00 on Day of Race)

AGES 13 AND UP AND ADULTS - $20.00 ($25.00 on Day of Race)

 

Camp Fee:

$35 (1-day), $50 (2-day) per runner

$150 per team of 7 ($20 per additional runner) 1-day fee

$300 per team of 7 ($20 per additional runner) 2-day fee

9:30AM – 12 and Under Race (1 Mile)

10:00AM – High School Race (5K)

10:45AM – Elite/Open 5K COW Run (5K)
